What the Bitch Nation Softball signup collects and how it is displayed.
Player information
We collect your name, contact details, address, position preferences, apparel sizes, username and optional photo to coordinate the roster, communicate about the team and plan jerseys and shirts. Passwords are stored as salted one-way hashes.
Visibility
Signed-in active members can see roster names, jersey names, position preferences and chosen photos. Street addresses, email addresses and phone numbers are not shown on roster pages. Team administrators can access registration details for coordination.
Voting
Each registered account can cast one team-name vote. The poll displays aggregate results to members after they vote or voting closes, and to administrators while managing the poll.
Requests
Contact the team organizer to request corrections, account deactivation, or deletion where possible. Required game and poll history may need to be handled separately.
This page describes the functionality included with the software. The site operator should review legal disclosures and retention rules before inviting the public to register.
